1. Introduction & acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications and services operated by Synora Ventures ("Synora", "we", "us"). By creating an account, joining a waitlist, or otherwise using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the service

You may use the service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your conduct and for any content you submit, and for keeping your access credentials secure. We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the annual plan renews automatically unless cancelled. We make leaving easy:

• Cancel anytime in two taps from your account settings.
• No dark patterns, no retention mazes, no "call to cancel".
• Cancel before your trial ends and you are never charged.

Prices are shown at checkout and processed by our payment provider. Taxes may apply based on your location. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. AI-generated content

Our products use AI to generate text, summaries and other outputs. These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or otherwise imperfect, and should be reviewed before you rely on them. AI outputs are not professional, legal, medical, financial or other expert advice. You are responsible for how you use them.

6. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, brand and content, is owned by Synora and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the service.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe others' rights, or misuse the service.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Upload malicious code or use the service to harm, harass or deceive others.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synora will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated here [jurisdiction to be confirmed with counsel], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these Terms
